Cass County Medical Center Campus

Faced with extensive renovation to their 45-year old building, Cass County Medical Center opted to construct a new $41M, 139,000 s.f., two-story medical facility. As part of our engineering services, SKW coordinated the water and sewer services with Cass County PWSD #9 and the City of Harrisonville, MO.  Water system improvement designs included District #9's extending a 16” water main along Medical Center Dr. to the site, while the development involved an 8” waterline looped around the medical center for fire flow and a 6” waterline for domestic demands.  SKW also worked with the City of Harrisonville for sanitary sewer improvements.
