Southridge Medical Center

SKW was selected to prepare site improvement construction documents, landscape plans, sanitary sewer main extension plans, public street improvement plans (for the extension of Foster Street) and the final stormwater management study to build a new $14 million medical office building next to St. Luke's South hospital in Overland Park, KS, on five acres of previously undeveloped land.  The site now features a three-story, 61,000 s.f. building and 285 parking spaces.  Grading design was provided and retaining walls were built to save areas of mature trees.  SKW was also involved in the initial site planning and platting.
