Price Chopper (K-10 & Woodland)

SKW provided civil design services for the Price Chopper at K-10 and Woodland Road in Lenexa, KS. The complex consists of a 70,000 s.f. grocery store with an adjoining retail space and a stand-alone coffee shop.  SKW site development services included: land use and master planning, land surveying, preliminary and final site development plans, storm drainage and detention studies, sanitary sewer plans, water main plans, landscape architecture, irrigation system design, site amenities, utility coordination, erosion control plans, grading plans, parking lot plans, site lighting plans, cost analysis, construction staking, and construction observation. The entire entrance plaza was designed to greet customers and provide a pleasant and inviting environment for shoppers year round.
