Raymore-Peculiar East Middle School

SKW provided multiple services for the design-build of the Raymore-Peculiar Middle School. These services included survey, utility coordination, planning, jurisdictional determination, permitting, traffic analysis, site civil, stormwater management, municipal infrastructure and construction staking services.  Since construction was contingent upon passage of a bond issue, SKW also provided assistance in evaluation and site planning, life-cycle cost economic analysis and statement of probable cost, preparation of final design/construction documents, and cost estimates. The first phase of the $20 million construction project was completed on schedule in fall 2010. The 1,100 student middle school received a LEED® Silver certification and is the first phase of a 120-acre master-planned site.
