Sunflower Dealership Campus
Wishing to build on their success, the Sunflower auto dealership in Olathe, KS decided to expand their dealership and selected SKW to provide planning, surveying, structural engineering and landscape architecture services for the multi-phase addition. SKW helped add over 30,631 s.f. of additional commercial space to the development site, which encompasses vehicle showrooms, administrative offices, and parts and vehicle maintenance areas, throughout the 4.85 acre site.
