De Soto USD 232 Baseball & Softball Complex

The De Soto Unified School District 232 and the 3 & 2 Baseball Club of Johnson County, Inc. joined together to develop a new District Activity Complex located on approximately 24 acres of the 64-acre 3 & 2 Baseball Complex in Shawnee, KS.  The project led to the construction of two baseball fields and two softball fields to complete the 16-field complex.  The project included parking for 300 cars, restroom/concession building, ticket booth and a maintenance building.  Working with the architect, SKW provided plans for grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, private water lines, stormwater detention, landscaping and irrigation.
