Briarcliff Village

Briarcliff Village is an upscale, 150,000 s.f. retail/restaurant/office development positioned on high terrain with spectacular views of the downtown Kansas City, MO, skyline. SKW’s involvement in the development of the abandoned rock quarry has included land survey, civil engineering and landscape architectural services.  The site takes advantage of the vistas and existing natural features, such as mature trees and a fountain placed adjacent to the pond.  SKW prepared the civil engineering drawings for the retail buildings and main building plan approval, and construction documents for grading, erosion control, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, waterlines and parking for the $30M development.
