Originally built in 1915 as the regional headquarters for the Coca-Cola Company and taken over by Western Auto in 1951, the Western Auto Building located in Kansas City, MO was awarded historic landmark status in 1988.  It is a distinctive 12-story curved tower building and features brick and terra cotta facade.  SKW provided the survey services necessary to convert the existing warehouse buildings into owner occupied condominium units.  SKW represented the developer throughout various City planning commission meetings, plat review committee meetings and City Council meetings.  SKW also provided construction staking for the parking and storm sewer improvements.
