Country Club Plaza Survey
The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO, began doing business in 1922 as the nation's first suburban shopping center. SKW began doing land surveying for the J.C. Nichols Company in 1905 and subsequently did the surveying for every building on the Plaza. SKW has since provided complete ALTA/ACSM land title surveying services for the entire Plaza area, provided design of streets, sidewalks, storm sewers, utilities and site work for the Valencia Office Tower and Retail Center, and prepared legal descriptions and drawings for the Transportation District of the Country Club Plaza.
