Heartland Enterprise Industrial Park

The Macon County Economic Development Corporation selected SKW to perform planning, surveying and engineering services for a new industrial park. SKW began work at the 193-acre site by preparing a zone map, a conceptual plan and topographic and boundary surveys. SKW designed three road improvements, two sewer extensions, two water main extensions and a gas main extension for the site and put together the engineering reports and construction cost estimates for three CDBG grant applications in conjunction with the site improvements.
