St. Luke's East Campus Phase I & II
This St. Luke’s 41.4 acre campus was developed into six hospital buildings and two medical office buildings. SKW prepared a complete architectural survey, 401/404 permit applications and year-round landscape architecture design services to enhance the site. The civil site design also included an on-site sewage lift station, roadway and signalization improvements, and a large detention basin for stormwater management. SKW’s services were also retained for complete construction staking and construction observation for landscape and irrigation design. The $79 million dollar project was completed in early 2006.
