Santa Fe Medical Building (Shawnee Mission Medical Center)

What does it take to add a three-story, 87,000 s.f., free-standing medical office building to the existing Shawnee Mission Medical center campus at 75th & I-35?  SKW’s multiple-discipline engineering skills and solid experience working with a wide array of public and private officials! 

SKW prepared the topographic base map; conducted the preliminary/final stormwater studies and designed the detention plans; prepared the preliminary/final site development plans, the preliminary/final subdivision platting, landscape site plans, NDPES permits and site improvement construction documents (parking lots, storm sewer, utilities and stormwater detention basin plans). A Traffic Impact Study was also included with the site development.  Whew!
