Understanding the importance of maintaining open, meaningful communication has allowed SKW to take an active role in the design-build initiative.  We frequently serve as part of collaborative design-build teams, which typically include the owner/client, contractor and the various design consultants.

The process allows owners to maximize project value by merging the resources, knowledge and experience of each team member, and accelerating the project delivery schedule.  The results of which are projects that incorporate the owner’s vision and goals, capabilities of the contactor, and technical competencies of the designers.
