The Village at Discovery Ridge

The “Discovery” is a mixed-use master planned community in Columbia, MO, that spans over 225 acres and will contain 700,000 s.f. of retail space, 400,000 s.f. of office space, and over 500 residential units.  SKW provided project management, land planning, civil engineering and land surveying services.  SKW's services included conceptual design on roadways, streets, roundabouts, site grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, and a traffic study.  Trails and water features throughout Discovery will capitalize on the scenic surrounding area.  SKW was recognized with the "Excellence of Paving" Award by the MO/KS Chapter of ACPA and MoDOT for the high quality of engineering performed.
