New Price Chopper (159th & Mur-Len)

Before construction of the Price Chopper Supermarket, SKW initially prepared an ALTA survey for 13.2 acres of land at the southwest corner of 159th Street and Mur-Len Road located in Olathe, KS.  SKW then provided civil engineering, traffic engineering and landscape architectural services for development of the supermarket at that location.  Site plans included site layout, grading, stormwater and utility details.  Complimenting the site plan, SKW developed off-site improvements to the intersection and adjacent roadways of 159th & Mur-Len.  SKW prepared the appropriate water quality documentation and received the required 401 and 404 permits necessary for the site improvements
