Mission Farms Condominiums

The elegant, mixed-use development of Mission Farms is located at 107th and Mission Road in Leawood, KS.  This 72-acre site, once home to the original Saddle and Sirloin Club, is now the location of a single-family residential neighborhood, retail stores, commercial offices and residential condominiums.  An underground parking garage accommodates the condominiums.  SKW was selected to provide civil engineering, site planning, landscape design, sanitary sewer design, construction staking, and field observation of the installation of the sewer lines for the residential development.
