Reducing I/I in Wastewater Collection Systems

This presentation describes the process for locating and eliminated sources of I/I. A description of methods used to locate sources of I/I is given while explaining why each one is used and the benefits of using each technique. This is then followed with a description of construction techniques for eliminated or reducing the sources of I/I. And then final a brief review of KDHE requirements for reporting bypasses and a description of what might be included in a schedule of compliance in a KDHE issued permit.
