SKW Welcomes David Smalling, P.E.

David Smalling, P.E., has joined SKW’s Lenexa office as a Project Manager in the Infrastructure Services Department where he will focus on transportation projects by assisting in roadway plan production and business development. Over the past ten years, David has developed skills in planning; highway, arterial and collector roadway design; drainage design; permitting and construction inspection. Prior to joining SKW, David worked for HNTB. David is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Kansas. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
