127th St. / Foster St. Improvements

SKW prepared survey, preliminary and final design, construction documents and provided bidding and construction phase services for an improvement district which encompassed 1200' of thoroughfare on 127th and 1200' of thoroughfare/commercial collector on Foster.  Median-divided thru and turn lanes, enclosed drainage, lighting, sidewalks, and traffic signal modifications were included in the approximately $2 million of improvements.
