Silva Lane Street Extension

SKW was selected by the City of Moberly, MO, to provide professional services for the Silva Lane Street Extension project.  SKW was responsible for performing a topographic survey and developing design plans and specifications for the roadway, storm drainage and waterline relocation, as well as descriptions to obtain easements and permanent right-of-way.  SKW also assisted with MDNR and MoDOT permit applications, bid advertisement, opening and evaluation and administration of the construction contract including questions, change orders and pay request.
