Community Building Renovation

Following a devastating flood, SKW provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services to renovate the community building at Riverside Park in Iola, KS.  SKW provided the design to air condition the arena, refurbished restrooms and locker rooms, added a new kitchen, replaced the electric service to meet the needs of the renovation, and replaced the existing distribution panels. SKW was also responsible for construction phase services to review shop drawings, provide one site visit during construction and provide a punch list.
