Atchison Housing Authority Building Renovation

The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services for the renovation of 3,500 s.f. of the ten-story Atchison, KS Housing Authority building was provided by SKW. The HVAC system consisted of adding a new split system to serve several interior rooms and provide ventilation. Exterior zones were served by adding packaged terminal air conditioning units in the exterior walls. Restroom and kitchen exhaust was improved by adding exhaust fans, the plumbing and fire sprinkler systems were repaired, and data and fire alarm systems were extended to serve the new areas.
