The Knox County Courthouse in Edina, MO, was built in 1934.  SKW conducted an accessibility study of the courthouse for the purpose of obtaining grant money to update the restrooms for accessibility and to provide a stairlift for access to all levels of the courthouse and come into compliance with the American Disability Act (ADA).  As a result of the study, $85,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds was awarded to the County.  The remainder of the project ($104,000) was financed by Knox County inkind and cash resources.
