De Soto Wastewater System Improvements
In planning for the future, the rapidly growing community of De Soto, KS, asked SKW to prepare an evaluation of the City’s Wastewater Master Pan and provide improvement design. SKW prepared a thorough study determining existing and expected future sewer flow projections. As a result of the Master Plan, the project proceeded with design and construction of a new wastewater treatment plant. Included in the construction was the new Main Pump Station and force main to convey wastewater flows to the treatment plant.
