SKW was responsible for developing the Master Plan and preparing construction documents for a tennis complex in the City of Independence’s Santa Fe Park.  SKW’s services included client meetings, cost estimates and design for the 5-acre, 12 tennis court site.  The Master Plan included the relocation of sidewalks, a new 40' by 16' picnic shelter, three modular concrete unit retaining walls, a bus turn-a-round, new lighting and the renovation of an existing restroom.
