SKW assisted Jefferson City, MO, with the evaluation of more than 90 square miles of land to determine its suitability for annexation.  The ability to provide municipal services and development potential were critical elements in the identification of recommended annexation areas.  Once these areas were selected, SKW provided a detailed demographic analysis, land-use study, mapping and written legal description. 

SKW facilitated public hearings for proposed annexation areas and assisted with the development of three plans of intent.
