SKW provided complete civil site services for the 900-acre Lions Gate residential development located in Overland Park, KS. SKW was actively involved with the multiple facets of this upscale community including all 12 phases of design, residential subdivisions, apartment complex and private recreation area. 

The development's individualized communities include Villas By The Park, The Enclave, South Lake, By The Green and Park Village Apartments. SKW completed extensive civil design for the 586 single-family subdivision and accompanying 360-unit multi-family apartment complex. 

SKW's services included the platting of all subdivisions, addition of sanitary trunk main (9000 l.f.), water lines, storm sewer, sanitary sewers, berm plans, street lighting and grading.  Residential streets, creative sidewalks, decorative pedestrian bridge, and landscaping, including three residential lakes, were also designed by SKW.
