SKW completed a hydraulic analysis of the Thomas Hill PWSD No. 1 water distribution system and made recommendations for improvements to enhance system reliability.  Plans were approved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and construction of 26,000' of water line to improve flows and pressures was completed in 2001.  

Engineering services included data collection, design, easement descriptions, plans, bidding and construction services. Construction of a 150,000 gallon water tower was completed in 2003. In 2006, SKW was hired by the District to prepare an Owner's Supervised Plan to guide their expansion plans for the next five years.
