Overland Park, KS

As a consultant to the architect, SKW prepared site improvement construction documents, landscape plans, sanitary sewer main extension plans, public street improvement plans (for the extension of Foster Street) and the final stormwater management study to build a new $14 million medical office building next to St. Luke's South hospital in Overland Park, KS, on five acres of undeveloped land.  The site features a three-story, 61,000 s.f. building and 285 parking spaces.  Grading was provided and retaining walls were built to save areas of mature trees.  SKW was also involved in the initial site planning and platting.
