SKW provided storm drainage and street improvements along Williams Street from South Street to Green Street and on Smith Street between Williams Street and Graves Street.  The project included widening 1400’ of concrete street with curb and gutter to 28’ wide.  The storm drainage improvements consisted of approximately 800’ of pipe ranging in size from 12” to 36” in diameter and eight curb inlets.
