SKW completed the ECDA project for the inspection year of 2005, 2006 and 2007.  This included all four phases of the ECDA process for the Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) transmission system.  Work is ongoing.  SKW also completed the Base Line Assessment Plan, High Consequence Area (HCA) Identification Plan, Direct Assessment Plan, and Provisions for Remediation Conditions Plan for their Pipeline Integrity Plan.  Project included drafting the procedure then reviewing the procedure using the DOT Inspection Protocols.
